All gas installations should be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered Contractor.
Electrical works must also be carried out by a qualified electrician (16th Edition NICEIC Registered).
- 3. Any damage caused to the building or decoration must be made good.
- 4. All debris must be cleared from the property on completion of the work.
- 5. You, your household, or your visitors must not do anything which would cause a nuisance or disturb any person living in the area.
Any part of the alteration/improvement involving the use of power tools, hammers, or other equipment which could cause a nuisance shouldn’t be used before 8am and after 7pm.
- 6. Where appropriate, you should consult your neighbours before works are started.
