We own, manage, and maintain around 19,000 properties and offer a range of support services. These are available to our tenants, and some are available to other residents living in our communities.

We're here to help. Get more information on how to report a repair (including emergency repairs and damp and mould-related issues), antisocial behavior, and safeguarding concerns. You can report an emergency repair or antisocial behaviour at any time.

We're committed to providing safe and healthy living conditions for our tenants. Our dedicated webpage includes advice preventing and dealing with damp, along with details on what we'll do if you report it to us.

Careline: support to live independently, 24/7, 365 days a year

Our Careline community alarm service currently helps around 7,000 customers to live independently in their own home, whether they're an owner occupier or tenant.
