Noel Sharpe
Noel, guiding the way as our CEO since January 2023, draws on many years of executive-level experience in social housing.
Passionate about health, wellbeing, and financial inclusion, Noel drives initiatives that positively impact our customers and communities.
With a background spanning general needs and supported housing, property maintenance and regeneration, Noel is committed to enhancing lives through her strategic leadership.
As CEO, Noel has overall responsibility for compliance with the national standards, including consumer standards, set by the Regulator of Social Housing.
Pam Welford
Pam combines financial expertise with a forward-thinking approach to growth and governance. She oversees finance, new build developments, legal services, revenue services, and governance and regulation – driving investment in new homes and ensuring strong regulatory compliance. Pam is also our Company Secretary.
With more than 20 years in social housing, Pam champions financial resilience and innovation, leading strategies that strengthen our work and deliver value for money. Her leadership ensures we remain financially viable while expanding opportunities for the communities we serve.

Debra is our people champion and a driving force behind organisational transformation.
She leads people services, organisational development, learning and development, and our Transformation Programme, ensuring we have the right culture, skills, and systems to thrive.
Her portfolio also includes IT and health and safety, giving her an important role in shaping how we work while safeguarding our customers and colleagues.
Debra continues to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace while bringing about innovation and change to support our core purpose.

Richard Hargreaves
Richard is our lead for home repairs, maintenance and improvements.
With an extensive background in project management and construction within social housing, Richard oversees technical services, asset management and stock investment programmes, carbon reduction initiatives, and neighbourhood environmental services.
In respect of the regulatory consumer standards, Richard’s work contributes to compliance with the consumer standards and particularly the safety and quality standard.

Lisa champions exceptional customer experiences and drives strategies that put customers at the heart of everything we do.
She leads communications, corporate performance and reporting, our contact centre and customer care teams, equality, diversity and inclusion, and our overall Customer Experience Strategy.
Passionate about collaboration and positive change, Lisa ensures our services are shaped by customer insight and delivered with fairness and transparency. Her work supports compliance with the transparency, influence and accountability standard, reinforcing our commitment to listening and responding to those we serve.
