About our Board:
Our Board is a group of appointed members who jointly oversee the activities of Be One Homes. It has responsibility for:
- The overall management of the organisation.
- The approval of our annual business plan.
- The approval of our annual report and financial statements (also subject to external audit).
- Deciding which areas of responsibility are to be delegated to Committees or Be One Homes colleagues.
However, the day to day running of the organisation is delegated to our management team.
