We're proud of our long-standing commitment to supporting tenants, residents, and neighbourhoods:

We have a Tenant, Resident and Community Engagement Strategy that sets out how we’ll continue this work focusing on social, environmental, and financial wellbeing. Everything we do is guided by the principles of inclusivity, collaboration, and transparency.

We’re here to listen, support, and work alongside you – because when we come together, we can achieve great things.

Our focus areas:

Just tap on each focus area to learn more about what it means for you and your community:

  • Community Development Officers co-create wellbeing initiatives with tenants.

  • External funding to enhance resources and opportunities.

What's our Community Development offer?

We believe in the power of communities to shape their own futures. Our Community Development Offer is all about supporting residents to take action, build connections, and create thriving neighbourhoods. Our dedicated Community Development Team works alongside residents to:

We’re guided by values of respect, empowerment, and local insight, ensuring our work is rooted in the lived experiences of the people we serve.

How do we approach Community Development?

We’re guided by values of respect, empowerment, and local insight, ensuring our work is rooted in the lived experiences of the people we serve.

Locality-based working:

We focus deeply on specific neighbourhoods, managing community spaces and supporting local action plans.

Our officers work closely with residents to build trust and long-term relationships.

Agile and responsive:

We provide flexible support across all areas, responding quickly to emerging needs and ideas.

Pop-up events, workshops, and informal learning help bring people together and foster belonging.

Themed projects:

We develop projects around key themes that matter to our communities – like youth engagement, gender equality, recycling, and pride.

These are shaped by resident voice and strategic priorities.

How to get involved:

Reach out to your local Community Development Officer, visit one of our community spaces, or email us at ceteam@beonehomes.com to find out more.
