What does the Social Tenants Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) scheme mean for me?

STAIRs is a new standard introduced by the UK Government to enhance transparency for tenants of social housing providers like us.

The exact date for when STAIRs will come into law has not been announced yet, but we’ll continue to update this page as more details are released.

What information can I access under the STAIRs scheme?

A lot of the information we need to share with you as part of the STAIRs scheme is already available on our website. To make it easier to find, here’s a round up of the information we’ve made available under each of the STAIRs themes.
