Paying for Be One Homes services (invoices)

There are several ways you can pay an invoice from Be One Homes:

We invoice companies and individuals for our services such as Careline, rechargeable repairs, service charges on flats, ground rents, and so on.

Just tap your preferred payment method below for details on how it works.

Pay your invoice online (AllPay)

Want to pay your invoice online?

You can tap here to access our online payment system, powered by AllPay.

You can make an online payment using a debit or credit card.

Pay your invoice over the phone

Want to pay your invoice over the phone?

You can pay over the phone using your debit or credit card by telephoning our payment line direct on 01204 328000.

You'll be put through to AllPay, our automated payment service. If you'd prefer, you can also speak to a member of our team.

Pay your invoice in person

Want to pay your invoice in person?

Payments can be made at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet.

Please take the invoice, complete with the barcode printed on the front of the invoice when making your payment.

AllPay swipecards are also available if paying in installments. Please make sure you receive a receipt and keep as proof of payment.

Pay your invoice via bank transfer

Want to pay your invoice via bank transfer?

To transfer via BACS or Faster Payments, please send your payment quoting your eight digit invoice number in full using the following details:

  • Sort Code: 30-80-12
  • Account Number: 13170160

Please note that some banks may charge for this service and it could take up to five working days to be credited to your invoice due to the way the banking system operates. This may result in additional reminder letters being sent to you.
